On the Landing page click on either the VL/EID Module and locate the Lab order module
Enter the Patients’ PEPFAR/Hospital Number on the search box > if the patient data is not available on the RSL database, a create patient button will be displayed on the page
Click on the “create patient” button and fill in the required fields for that patient into the database.
The system would trigger an alert for inconsistency or incomplete operation.
The user can either Save patient data or Save and proceed to the Lab order
