i. Login onto LIMS

ii. On the Landing page select commodity Management Module

iii. Click on the “take physical count” button at the top right of the Physical count page

iv. This displays a new form where the user can select commodities, location, and report their count.

v. Click on the “save” button to add the physical count to the database
