i. Login onto LIMS

ii. On the Landing page select commodity Management Module

iii. Locate the used commodities module

iv. Click on the “Use commodity” button on the top right corner of the used commodity page.

v. This displays a new page where the user can add the details of the new commodity to be issued

vi. Click on the “save” button to update the details of the new commodity issued.

vii. Proceed to the used commodities page, locate the new commodity, and click on the “action button” by the right-hand side of the page to change commodity status from pending to completed.
