To reject a Sample

Login to the LIMS
On the Landing page click on either the VL/EID Module and locate the Sample module
On the action column of the sample list table, Click on > “view batch button”
This opens the batch table, locate the action button on the table and edit the sample
On section 3 of the sample information page, locate was sample testable? click on the dropdown and select [no] Rejected
The sample will be rejected, and an SMS notification will be sent to the facility
