To create a sample worksheet:

Login onto LIMS
On the Landing page select HPV Module
Locate the worksheet Module on the top menu bar.
Click “Create Worksheet” on the worksheet page.
Select testing platforms, such as ROCHE 6800/8800, COBAS, TAQMAN or ABBOTT M2000.
Enter the number of samples to be analyzed.
Click on Proceed to create a worksheet to create a worksheet.
A new page will be displayed, enter values for the date sample were cut, kit expiry data and kit lot no.
Click on the save and print worksheet button to generate a new worksheet
Samples created in the worksheet would be displayed with a > A Lab number, LIMS number and a Barcode.
