i. Login onto LIMS

ii. On the Landing page select commodity Management Module

iii. Locate the Saved Reports Module

iv. Click on the Action button on the list of prepared reports.

v. Click on the “Edit link” this displays a page where the user can preview the prepared report.

vi. The User clicks on the “approve reports button” to approve the report
