i. Login onto LIMS

ii. On the Landing page select commodity Management Module

iii. Click on the “CRRF” icon on the top menu bar.

iv. This displays a new page where the user can generate a report by entering the required details.

v. The Lab user selects the testing platform and the specified date range for the report.

vi. The Lab user clicks on the “filter button” to generate the report

vii. The CRRF Report is displayed; the user should click on “save report”.

viii. An overlay is displayed where the user is required to fill the equipment downtime in days and months.

ix. When the User Clicks on submit, a page is displayed showing that the report has been successfully prepared
